Dancing rainbows heckle the sun. Jealous that everything orbits the star. Grateful that the Sól of the universe contributes to their existence but they curse in silence... Appearing unannounced and bringing smiles on rainy days by ironically displaying multicoloured frowns. Holding grudges over sunsets. Plotting against sunrise, Conspiring with the night. Unsatisfied with it's mere moments of glory. Still whispering silent thank you's Bipolar rainbows.

Energy Feasts
He lets her touch him intimately, without emotion                         when in some pretext she is alone, in his cubicle with him, discussing  things inane,                      a software environs need not be  concerned some times when she passes through,                      her longing crosses limits, these days it has become frequent, to the extent others to  notice.                     she found silly excuses, fifth time this morning but he can't hurt her feeling, a team member valued,                       she contributes to his success, as the team leader   He can see her need for comfort,                under her tired eyes dark shadows of sleepiness   lay curled like a depressed mongrel,                      yet another duel she had with that nincompoop    she calls her husband, all through last night;                       a sudden pang he feels calls his wife   asks if she is fine, to ease his guilt that raises                         its head like  a snake from under the cover of grass.   "A housewife has a thousand things to do, why don't you                       find a buxom colleague to flirt, if that is the need"   she banters and teases him on his illogical concerns.                       Through the glass parting he discreetly watches her face    heard a murmur arising inside,"the ***** plans the next move"                            panicked he tried to concentrate on the screen    that looked frightening, the deadline getting nearer and nearer                        by each hour, he heard the heavy foot fall   at that moment he heard a thud, as if something fell down                       everyone was running towards her workstation.

Writing a poem. There are lots of things that contribute to the outcome, the poem. -Certain words hold a hard to describe sensation to them, they're made to evoke some feelings and also give a sense of unique kind of rhythm. Had the writer used a synonym, it wouldn't have the same impact on the reader. He's like mysterious chemist adding proper ingredients to his mixture to make it work perfectly. -The way a writer constructs the poem leads to rhythm as well, how he decides to start a new verse that divides a sentence, the way he locates words - or even blank spaces - on the surface of sheet - the field of his performance - it all contributes to the creation of imagery. Therefore, we can see that creating a poem isn't just writing words. It's how you put them together, too. A poem that's being created, sometimes slightly wanders away from the realm of plain writing - and goes beyond.

The professor said "Family therapy is like a Pie Graph Everyone in the family contributes their own piece of pie. When people leave there's a chunk of pie missing and the other members of the family have to take on some of those roles to fill the pie." Here's my theory: Everyone in the family has their own whole pie. Categorizes each housemate as a piece of it. how they view them in their family. how they relate to them, Imagine a home Mom and her four daughters. Step dad, his daughter and son. imagine three bedrooms. The adults taking up one of them. let's look at the Mother, Her four daughters all with different fathers she knows how to raise children. The daughters all know how to Be Children, be Sisters, be older or younger than each other. The step-father knows how to have A Wife, One Daughter, A Son. Well Step-brother leaves the house. Susie has a child at fifteen. what does her pie look like now? She used to have a boyfriend, four sisters, a mother, father. Now lost a brother gained a baby. She only knows how to be a child. let's look at the mother. She hasn't learned: Grandchild but she knows how to raise a baby. lets look at the step-father, lost his son, gained four daughters, what's another one? The sisters, lost their brother, a role model. Exchanged for this this new baby. another sister? everyone's pie is empty in some parts. judging by some other dead white guys theory when who you are doesn't line up with who you see yourself as, that's when people develop Mental illness Well I wouldn't call it ill, but let's count the bruises. That baby is going to grow up as her mother's sister. Suzie is going to seek the comfort of men. Her sisters are going to constantly fight between calling themselves auntie and Big Sis. like tossing themselves on either side of the barbed wire fence is cause for death. The farther we go back in each family member's backstory the more slivers of pie we find Georgia has autism, Carley diagnosed depression, Rosie an abusive relationship of 10 years. Clover is quiet. The Brother, schizophrenic, autistic, bipolar. Any number of names they can slap on him. He doesn't live there anyhow. isn't human. Muffle the sister that says she miss him. hit her, cut her, lock her up. This was a case study. I lived with this family for four years. unintentionally filled up parts of their pie. I was Son. Older brother. Boyfriend. Father. When I stopped being a fly on the wall Stopped seeing how their story was developing. I didn't have any pie left.

Their togetherness had become an island, surrounded by strange waters .She contributes to its noise unendingly. He often makes grand, defiant gestures withering away like luckless roots. Only a ruthless need survives.Years have turned dreams into plain consolations. Even hope is a necessary drudgery.Fears grow like parasites on their passions. Yet a reluctance persists-- reluctance to expand, the turbulence or claim of waters does not surprise, some playful waves struggle to the sand, watching them, they become unconcerned, as the skies Should they be called happy? The question sounds hollow. They have raised walls around their beings, a happy captivity of the sun, while their lives dance as dolls immaculate

Treasure
Soon, the weight of independence will swat me from my day-dream like a gnat from the sky. For the life in the great beyond is hell for the naive and I am but a fledgling in a lake of swans. What have I learned about being human and what must I still learn before I am ****** into the void of 9-5 and ''car-pooling"? I still dance beside the river and swing in the park. I still stay up to late and sing too loud to old songs from Disney. And now society demands that all of my future endeavors will be decide by some letters that don't evaluate my worth as a human being. My entire life, present and future have become rooted in  knowledge that contributes nothing to my personality, morality, my goals as a person. (or is that no longer a relevant term?) Freedom, Independence, The American Dream. And when I lay in my coffin and reminisce on the adventure that was life, and how I touched lives and solved personal issues, rescued friends from normality. How I fought for the betterment of a minority, I will be glad I learned Pythagorean Theorem, Newton's Law. I will smile coldly in my grave. I shall thank the Lord I went to college.

Deprived of Suitable Options, We Are Forced to Seek Higher Education
I have vowed to no more eat that which harms, And to the best of my abilities, I do so. I see no difference between the cat you pet And the lamb you slaughter. I see no difference between the dog you play with And the calf you tear from its mother. I see no difference between the pet birds in cages And the male chicks thrown in the grinder at birth; They will produce no eggs, we have no use for their lives. I believe it is not the role of man To deem whom should retain their lives And whom should die for a moments self-gratification. Vegetarianism is wonderful, Every little bit helps; less humans eating meat, means reduced CO2 emmissions and less world wide poverty, The grain that could feed a hundred hungry mouths Is not used to produce single burger patty, For a single peckish man. But drinking the milk of a cow, Eating cheese and eggs All contributes directly to the meat industry. Dairy industry is veal industry; Dairy industry; milk, eggs, cheese all supports and prolongs the practice Of killing and eating children. You ask that we respect your choices; but you do not understand that your "choices", Your learned eating habits, Your probing questions of "what do you eat then?!" And your arguments of "But meat just tastes so good" Are directly offensive to all we stand for, And all we fight against. To me, arguing that the taste of meat, Makes the living conditions of these animals ok, Is a kin to the argument that slavery is fine, Because the work gets done quicker if you can use a whip. It is a kin to the idea that **** isn't that bad, Because it at least feels good for the ****** It is a kin to the comment that women are inferior, Because men could beat them in a fist fight. You will instantly think I am radical in my views, You will try to brush them off as the rantings of a crazed vegan Or you will stop reading Because you really do not want to see what I have to say. But I give you only the truth as i plainly see it. If you must eat meat, Hunt for it and **** it yourself, Let it live a real life first, And respect that for you to eat, It has died.

I see new growth emerging from an old tree's heart. A new sapling sapping strength from what would enrich generic soil, contributes something unknown to an unassigned Future Instead this exacting branch emerges to claim the universe for itself. No longer can this unnoticed, rotting stump contribute to the greater good but feed instead, a unique life so it may one day die and have the chance to fill the old soul’s soles. The unlabeled, non enumerated vagaries of our world cowardly whinge in the background while the assertive actions of the flowers and falcons shout out loud for their own preservation. Food chains serve as feeding trays for those cells who have bound together with that joie de vivre necessary to drive the generic engine of nature in their direction. This predilection to protect the potent and powerful among us is not simple chance but a predetermined proclamation from our divine protectorate pushing the proper paupers forward until they find themselves ensconced in the holy foliage of nature's glory.

Planted with a Purpose
It's hard  to change any cult More so the jealous from the occult Faculty of the melting mold of mind Zealous of inflicting conflicts of all kind To the just and graceful among mankind. Brazenly different from vogue dears conspires to inspire its rogue peers To smear even slur on  godly seers. Constantly configures to figure out, Anything,  by any means to spy out The faintest attribute of the virtuous Contributes to trigger the rash jealous To fling out and pierce the gall to gush out to spread and stall The arteries, nerves to blood-en the face and the cheeks to redden Nose and the chin to harden Ear lobs to burn and burden. The jealous is well known Yet the cause is unknown Why does it vent its ire Dent and impair the fair  Engage in freelance To abuse in parlance In parliaments of vanity fair The evil avail many a company Of gluttons, covetous avaricious sloth, sensuous pride and many Engage merely to rage in ferocious Fire, the fuel of the evil in the savage dark ages obsessed in rampage and carnage All celebrations become  aberrations   Of the essence of celestial  presence The din dares to dampen the spiritual Asphyx the specifics in fad rituals It is difficult to change the cult of the stinky melting mold of the evil minds that find new felony ways to inflict conflicts To the just and graceful lives of the peace loving among mankind.

It’s Saturday night at the neighborhood bar And I know that’s where my good friends are So I plan to be there to party all night. I hope we have fun and there are no fights. But somebody’s bound to shoot of their mouth So my mellow party plans might just go south. That’s often how it goes with drunk boys and girls, But I wouldn’t miss a minute for all the world. Knee-walking ********* That’s what I’ll be. That’s how we do weekends in our society. We’ll play chugalug games and drain our cup And by the end of the evening throw it all up. Knee-walking ********* slapping some backs Probably end up in some total stranger’s sack! Of the Hammered Hell Club, I’m a member. The meetings run from December to December. I like this place where everyone knows my name. Where everyone has their own self to blame. We’re all full grown, and nobody here’s a kid. We each take responsibility for whatever we did. We’re true believers in a bit of cutting loose. So what if it means we end up puking in our shoes? Knee-walking ********* That’s what I’ll be. That’s how we do weekends in our society. We’ll play chugalug games and drain our cup And by the end of the evening throw it all up. Knee-walking ********* slapping some backs Probably end up in some total stranger’s sack! Of the Hammered Hell Club, I’m a member. The meetings run from December to December. Some friends I know say I’m not too bright To go out, and stay out drinking at night But they don’t have the problems like me. But it contributes to my state of sanity To get a little crazy, and **** a few brain cells And hang out with my peers I know **** well! Right now I have no time for any deep sorrow. Party tonight, leave the worry ’til tomorrow.

To pick and **** at the creation of one’s mind To disassemble and dissect what was so carefully made To not know what you’re looking for or hoping to find To take a chronicle or joke and slice through with a blade With no intention of reassembly Analysis on every word Chords and notes ripped from a melody Make logic seem absurd The bane of creativity is our tendency to over-think Logic contributes negatively Cherished moments seem to blink A picture worth 1000 words If at all worthy would deserve none Break down the image on our own accords And the image’s fulfilment -gone Avid appreciation shown only by the speechless A real artist’s only aspire Is for their creation to make you breathless Too worthy for your satire

An Artisan's Aspiration
With the Hebrew letters of MEM, VAV, LAMED and SHIN, one finds an inner meaning overlooked by most people; it also condemns those who are following Satan. Although its primary influence is a declaration of serenity and peace, souls may be shaken- as they learn about the prayer’s prophetic nature; its numeric and pictographic language contributes another, sizable spiritual layer to its foundational definition. At its core, it translates to: “Destroy all authority connected with any chaos and confusion.”

Poem: Shalom
When it's all going smooth, you're talking millions weekly JC is on his way, to pick up bundles of illicit US drug money Trouble is getting it back to Mexico and depositing in the banking secretly There are members of the cartel, that have anywhere up to $300 million, pure honey. Just sitting idle in their houses and they can't spend or use of it, not even a bit Once you've gone into partnership with the cartels You're only handling their money or changing it You can't leave, they'll find you, kidnap your family and Fedex them back as parcels They tell you "you have to do this" If not, they will **** you and they don't ever miss. Here is the money. What do I with it then? I get 5 ID's and I'm going to the currency exchange to change the dollars again You always have to give $200 to the cashier, which we put in here She logs into the system and records the transactions, that appear Just as though they were made by tourists Then we pass them onto our cartel bosses, who are very near us. The cash is now laundered and its origin erased They can deposit their money, which is now clean into Pesos, that can't be traced But this cash started its journey 3,000 miles away One of the biggest narco distribution hubs in America, I'd say The windy cities railway, port and interstate highway systems, are the best Making it the ideal location, distributing Dope and Cash from across the Midwest. Approximately 70% of the US population lives within a day's drive of Chicago The Southside is where a lot of the business gets done, just like in Eldorado Every deal is a drop in the bucket, that contributes to a mighty river of cash Chicago has over 70 gangs, with up to 150,000 members, who are all smoking hash Making it the largest and badest gang capital of the America’ Handling the retail, an army of local gangbangers we call the Drug Gangsta's.

*The small gestures of patting my head and shuffling my hair The small touch when we do high fives as a sign of greeting The small bonding times when we watch your favorite noon time show and laugh together The small and random compliments that you say like how I am pretty because I look like you The small and really corny jokes that you tell but I still laugh at them The small pranks of copying what I do and say like how kids do The small act of noticing really subtle changes in me on how I got fatter or have a fairer complexion The small reminders if I brought my umbrella and to take care as I went to school The small talks when you ask "how are you?" everytime I got home from school The small acts of waking me up in the morning and cooking my food The small things like still calling me "cutiepie" and "Patskie" even I'm already turning 20 The small acts that shows your great love The small things but are the sweetest ones You are the man with few words But you never fail to show your abundant love In small gestures, in small acts, in small things And for me it contributes the biggest on how proud I am of the greatest dad I have*

sweetness comes in small packages
Worldly kingdoms emerge, rise and eventually fall but there's one kingdom that does outlast them all. It is eternal which means it has no beginning or end though most people in the world don't comprehend. It has been written and talked about in so many scriptures yet in the external world doesn't form part of any fixtures. No matter how grand a structure or building is erected that it may represent or how many people daily, under its roof for worship, they devoutly frequent. The kingdom of the everlasting Soul is to be found within us all and doesn't really have any roof, floor, pulpit or containing wall. Its own image and essence is all of a glorious Eternal Supreme Being that with Its own grace, knowledge, light and love one can be seeing. All we have to do is to acknowledge Its presence and look within, live our daily lives in accordance with the Truth which is Its Twin that the highest practical wisdom is based on known to mankind and has been handed down from ages past for humanity to bind. This doesn't mean that It belongs or is particular to just one religious belief but encompasses them all through which people seek to find worldly relief; because of Its glorious Eternal nature It also has unfathomable or infinite attributes and beyond the limited mind of man to comprehend though philosophy contributes. Even the laws of every country or state are based on the Truth; though due to age old corruption is hardly discerned from youth. As people have a strong tendency to seek and satisfy there own selfish interests that go against the universal principles inherent in the wisdom the Soul bequests. These universal principles are really the backbone of all spiritual aspiration that have to be adhered to if there's to be any further evolution or realisation, of mankind's true nature and individual or collective higher moral development which is a unified and holistic existence that by the Truth of the Soul is vent. ___________________________________________________________

The Eternal Kingdom Of The Soul
Worldly kingdoms emerge, rise and eventually fall but there's one kingdom that does outlast them all. It is eternal which means it has no beginning or end though most people in the world don't comprehend. LOBOLA Let me drift you away from the idea that lobola is buying your wife. No! It isn't. As black families, we believe that parents raise kids and once the kids have grown and are independent they get to now take care of their parents. Now! We know that once you get married, that might change because now you will be having your own family to take care of. We know that as men, that never really changes...you still get to take care of your parents and a family of your own hence there is no lobola for men. Now as women, we acknowledge that you are going to get married and go live by your in-laws or some place else and traditionally it is believed that you are never to come back home since you have been "taken". Understandably so because you are now part of a certain family and have broken the cord from yours. Fast forward to lobola therefore as a man who is taking away a woman from a family which she was taking care of, you ought to leave them with something so that they may continue living or surviving since you are taking away their "bread winner". Back in the days lobola was paid by cows, because with livestock you are rich and can survive for many years. The idea of lobola started being an issue and misunderstanding when it converted to hard cash. Which shouldn't have because it is still the same concept...with a certain amount of money you should be able to take care of your family and survive. How lobola got misinterpreted as buying your wife is not well understood however it could be presumed that it is because of the attributes that contributes to the price tagging. Your behaviour, achievements, ability to reproduce etc are what contributes to the billing. Which honestly shouldn't be an issue because parents know that with the achievements that you have you were going to take care of them well...very well. With the manners that you have...you will respect your husband and be obedient towards him. You will bear kids for your husband and gave a big family. Everyone is happy. All in all to able to understand the concept of lobola you have to understand culture and tradition but you are going to say "times have changed" and you are now modernised.

We know the importance of sleep for our health and appearance. But when it comes to getting at least eight hours of quality sleep, this is easier said than done. You could be tempted to watch that late night movie, or read one last chapter in that book. For many of us, the goal of sleeping at 9 or 10pm may appear elusive. Many sleep at a decent hour but suffer from bouts of insomnia. It pays to learn how to sleep. Ever wondered why babies and children have such beautiful skin? Research shows skin cell regeneration doubles at night and peaks between 11pm and 4am. Sleep deprivation leads to inflammation and oxidative stress which contributes to aging. Here are some tips on how to sleep better: 1. Control your exposure to light To maintain a good sleep-wake cycle, expose yourself to natural light during the day, and complete darkness when you go to sleep. If you work indoors, try to get at least half an hour of sunlight during the day. Let as much natural light into your workspace or home as possible. At night, avoid bright screens within two hours of your bedtime. Switch off all lights, wifi, and electronics in your bedroom. Rather than using the television to wind down, read a book or listen to an audio recording. Invest in dark-out curtains to ensure the room is completely dark. If you wake up during the night and need to move around, use a dim light. 2. Maintain a regular sleep schedule Sleeping and waking up at the same time each day, helps to optimise the quality of your sleep. If you need to make up for a sleep debt, take a nap during the day, rather than sleeping in past your usual wake-up time. Once you’re getting enough sleep, you won’t need an alarm clock to wake you in the morning. 3. Watch what you eat and drink Caffeine can cause sleep problems therefore try to avoid coffee, chocolate, and tea after lunch. A nightcap may help you fall asleep. However, it interferes with your sleep cycle by waking you up in the middle of the night. read more:www.marieaustralia.com/evening-dresses www.marieaustralia.com/short-formal-dresses

I’ve watched the western coast decline in pounding surf and howling gale I’ve noticed how the rising tides encroach, to day by day impale, The crumbling cliffs, the drifting sand, the ever creeping surging sea, The violence of increasing storms…. and how it all impacts on me. The polar ice in melting sheets cascades into high warming seas Islands in Pacific sun now inundate with cruel ease. Swathes of forest in Brazil encroached by axe and palm oil gain Climatic balance counteracts to guarantee tomorrows pain. The ocean strewn with plastic waste, choked in tides of human **** Churning chimneys bellow forth across the blue globe, poisoning it. Coal’s contaminants are burning holes across the crystal sky And leaking nuclear waste contributes now… to killing you and I. Wealth and politicians howl abuse at they who caution loud Climate change, they disavow, is but a ploy to woo the crowd, **** the future for the now” is the mantra held by they Who wield the club to rule the roost and pocket spoils themselves….today! Overwealmed by monstrous change, management relinquish charge, Service and supply collapse with climatic refugee collage. Hurricane and wildfire spread in league with rising seas Of course the leaders wring their hands and call on God to please, .....appease? A vision of this shrunken earth with coastlines vastly higher now With cities drowned, Atlantis like, where millions, dispossessed, do prowl, Where law and order, gone, is now replaced by desperate **** and take, Where the rich and famous bastion arms behind their futile walls of  hate. Ask not for whom the bell tolls...It tolls for thee M. 30 July 2019 New Zealand

I gave him eighteen years, thousands in gas money, and more music than he deserved, and all I got in return was a subscription to Fox News– which, by the way, is a complete ******** “thank you” gift because you can fool yourself into believing anything. "You know what's going to happen tomorrow? Rain!" when in fact I'm certain its going to be a scorcher. He sits bedside, making horrible jokes and bringing up remember-that-times. When will he ever pay the rent? Even though he doesn’t sleep here– he never sleeps– he should at least pay me in something other than beheading-dreams. And in the shower we review ****** flaws, and in the mirror we recount all the mean things I ever said or did to him for being such an insufferable ******* “Stop it.” He looks uncomfortable, not as sure of himself. He ponders what I meant for a while, opens his mouth to rebut and gets another stop it. “Stop it. Get a job.” Because he contributes nothing. “But you should…” “Stop it. Get a job, because all I’m gaining from us right now is a bunch of lies. Quit watching Fox News.” “Listen here, ****** “Stop it. Get a job. Quit watching Fox News.” And he leaves for a couple hours. He knocks. “Stop it.” The knocking stops.

Isn't it funny how we underestimate the power of our voices? this sound that emanates from our throats, formulating words... ...are not just noises Right? I'm guessing it's pretty silly to assume that our voices are just perfectly placed noises, combining to converse with others, argue with others, woo others, defend others, offend others... And it occurs to me that my voice, is not used the way I want it to be instead, it's being limited. Limited to the sombre pleasures of others entertaining people who probably don't bother, much about me instead my voice is caged up, way up in my own thoughts They say talking to yourself is the first sign of schizophrenia do people who fear talking talk to themselves? Glossophobia they call it. I say talking to others contributes to our enraging insanity the society that conceals my voice, taints the will to be heard. One day I got up from my seat in class to say a speech I was surprised with what I was about to meet. first came the silence, then the bafflement people for the first time got the chance to hear my voice Bewilderment? yes, Endearment? no for what they heard was not the sound of a nightingale in the forest but rather the sound of an emancipated prison screaming to the reaches of the farthest The scene made me sit back and assess my life looking back needed to be addressed A voice isn't supposed to be internalised, is it? But why do I struggle to break out? Why is it so hard to let people hear my voice? Why, why, why My answer? That's what you get when you underestimate the power of your voice.
