You are doing great. It's not your fault. You don't have to cry. Keep trying. I LOVE YOU.

Note to Myself.
you are worthy of the deepest love even the love you cannot give to yourself.

a reminder.
Making a mistake doesnt make you a bad person Having your own opinion doesnt make you mean Being sad and breaking down doesnt make you weak Moving on and starting over doesnt mean that you're scared Taking time for yourself and putting yourself first doesnt mean you're selfish Feeling lonely doesn't mean you're all alone. Standing up for yourself and what you believe in doesnt mean you think you're always right You get to be whoever you want to be, this is your life. You make your choices. You accept yourself. The people who love you will stand with you and the ones who don't won't be around for long anyways. You are perfect just the way you are ❤

You are enough
Take care of yourself by choosing to heal and stop desperately searching for missing links. It’s okay to finally open the gates and let yourself feel because loving yourself might be easier than you think. Cook yourself your all-time favorite meal or spend the extra twenty minutes soaking in the bathtub. Paint your nails your favorite shade of teal and start building your collection of movie ticket stubs. Run in the neighborhood until your legs start shaking, jam out to Brian May’s guitar and Freddie Mercury’s voice, or dive into a Nicholas Sparks novel so heartbreaking that it almost makes you wonder if you made the right choice. Let people in without worrying about when they’ll leave and laugh without hesitation and smile like never before. Make an appointment for an addition to that tattoo sleeve and plan a weekend getaway to the nearest sea shore. Catch up on your favorite television shows while holding a pint of Pecan Praline Ice Cream. Dance with strangers until all of the bars close with tequila pulsing through your bloodstream. The beauty behind self-nurture and self-care is that you end up pulling happiness from within. At the end of the day, instead of seeking comfort elsewhere, you’ll finally feel loved and be comfortable in your own skin.

Dear Me
Know you are worth everything you need. You are, and always will be loved, Specially when no one is around. Love is internal.          Never ending.                     You are Love Itself.

Love Itself
What's your worth? You're just another mouth of the family Another waste of the society Another consumer of the planet Just a dust in this universe Know your worth Just like stars that made this universe They are dust They shine So you are The consumer that makes Every space so lovely The waste that leaves hope The mouth that makes Everyone happy You have worth.

every forty seconds.
Can't you see, You are lovely, Lighting up my day, No matter what you say. A heart of gold, That cannot be sold, Take my hand and more, We will be able to soar. Can't you see, You are lovely, Your hands are wrapped in roses, Warming up the coldest of noses. You won't forgive yourself, Leaving all your hate on the bookshelf, Why won't you believe me? Can't you see, You are lovely, The clouds are a shade of pink, But still you rethink.

Lovely
Who am I? I am nobody. No one knows me, no one cares for me. I am a ghost trapped in this place I once called home. There is nothing left for me, so why do I stay you ask? I stay for one reason and reason only, the hope that one day, I can help other people just like me in this sad, sad place. I am the start of the resistance! I am here for those with no voice, no hope, no one!

Who am I?
Today I feel so small. - Minuscule As if a puff of smoke, a dandy-lion seed, that will never roar. The last week has been, crumbling not good, not like cakes or sweet tastes, but internally breaking, and waste. I feel so small in my faith, and my life. I feel like Joseph, in the dungeon of the king, waiting for some news to unfold, for a dream, to be, a key, for someone to unearth it- to unlocking my purpose. For someone to whisper, “You’re worth it.” -D. Montgomery 2015

Minuscule
sometimes smiles are really tears and laughs really cries for help a sliver of hope that someone, anyone, will save them. save them, from the vastness, the oblivion that is worthlessness every smile is a trembling hand reaching up from the dark, wishing that for once, someone will take their hand and help them up before they are too weak to reach for it before they fall completely
