The curves, the shape, round, Every time I touch it, it blows my mind. Both, fills my hand, I hold and I squeeze, and I bend. The long one I hold, Up and down, I take, as told. My nerves, now harder, For other acts, I spread it broader. My blood flow increases My mind, endorphin releases. It feels so hard, go easy, I am just a new lad. After all this, I feel exhausted, My mind and heart, so relaxed. My day doesn't end well, As it has become a daily drill. All that pressure, is indeed a pleasure. 2 hours of pumping, held in my arms, good for my biceps, triceps and forearms. All this with my pair of dumbbells, A few plates and with barbells. Ending the act with sit ups, and a few push ups. By Sanji-Paul Arvind

In The Beauty and Curves, My Pleasure
All I have to do is show up, Gain momentum; Give you one last rep, Another verse To finish this poem. I have always dreaded Doing the plank, Now I can hold it For a full minute, Without tearing up. Lift me up Talent is not enough Writing is a muscle, I had become rusty — Now planning my sessions in The more I work out The more I want to write. Create, Train hard The benefits of a sweat Back to the pleasure of my pen, I am looking forward To my best poem yet.

You gone work it out              after all, this is a weight game Be PATIENT for all time highs              meanwhile, vibing to all time lows Might make yourself a bellionaire              after all, being broke can make you RICH                         being broke can make you FIXED So find beauty in the climb BEFORE the peak When they say it’s gonna work out              they meant it’s gonna exercise your belief The heart must get it’s reps as well                         so don’t stop til the set’s complete

Weight Game
Sweat trickles down my nose And onto my gasping lips Begging for a gulp of air, Begging for sweet relief As my legs start to go numb And my ears ring, head pounds But I keep going and going... Until I hear it cry out “2 miles, Workout Complete”

On Obesity
Parched skin becomes moist With dew drops dripping down the back of my neck And beneath my ******* My face deepens like a ripe peach As flesh disappears Skin dissolves into Nothing. A cool exterior warms And my body is tingling, trembling, Buzzing like a thousand fire ants Swarming around my thighs My arms My core Encapsulated in sweat, This shell is a temple One that thrives on progress I am ***** I am filthy I am strong.

Parched Skin
I spoke with testosterone, and after he ripped apart the concrete in my driveway, he sank into a pile of rubble. Lighting an ironic cigarette, he said, "Teach me how not to care" before he fell asleep. He's been there for a while. Maybe we should check on him?

Testosterone
A life is all about a thought, A thought about the win before you start, A start or a loss without the start? Without the start it seems a mighty struggle, Struggle that delivers you pain, Pain that hurts and haunts you daily, Daily haunted by the pain, until someday tolerance takes over Tolerance takes over and you make it a way of living, A way of living then meets your plan, Plan you planned to build your masterpiece, Your masterpiece that once was your dream, Your dream that once was given a thought, A thought you thought was hard enough, Hard enough to make it a choice, A choice you worked out in this life, This life thus, is just that thought. That thought 'Whether to start or not'!

it rarely occurs to me how beautiful one can be yet those who truly stand out do not receive the recognition they deserve a pretty face will get you many compliments a slender body will too but that is all you will get: words words words and though they can have a thousand meanings they will never be enough because people throw their words out with insincerity for convenience i want to move people i want to make people feel things and after long hours of contemplation i now know what i truly need i need not a pretty face nor a slender body, but i need a beautiful heart a heart that opens up for the worst of the worst a heart that loves unconditionally despite its painful past a heart that pieces up broken others before itself and you are beyond blessed to own that heart so if you ask me who you are to me well, you're the most beautiful person i know

In Which I Want to See the Me I am Becoming (Haiku)
Pushing forward for another me, Pushing through the pain, Towards the goal i see, Refuse to remain the same. Enough of the cutting, Enough of the hurt, Enough rebuffing, Its time to be alert. I decided to change, I'm sure that i can, Sick of feeling strange, I have a new plan. Mind over matter, Push to the edge, Don't be a slacker, Just breathe and stretch.

Mind over Matter
Muscles strain. One breath, two reps. Push through the pain. One breath, two steps. Tears catch; burn. One breath, two wet lines. Across my face, blink; return. One breath, two reps. One breath, two reps. Her face is on my mind; One breath, pause.                   Think about her; what you lost.                         Break; shoulders shake,                 heave,                 gasp, build back up; Breathe. Then again, strain. Forget the pain. Don't think; Refrain. One breath, no thought. Don't think about the                pain. One breath, no thought. No thoughts, no pain. One breath,                 too many thoughts,                                           one breath,                                                        but in vain...                                           Muscles catch,                             heart strains,               breaks, the pain too much to sustain, the pain of her face; encompassing my brain,                                                                          Her face is on my mind again.

Forget
Some people work out to get totally bulked some people work out to get totally slim sometimes one just never knows which will result but when all gets going the most beautiful part is to get the body flowing getting the body moving getting the body grooving it is so beautiful to feel a tug of ****** movement never felt where it was felt with any strength before. Keeping the body beautiful means keeping up the motion movement is beauty when done with will and devotion the body is ageless when rejecting the notion that time is an enemy like zero pdf lotion. Keep working out how you will be it lifting be it dancing be it running or groovy prancing let your self cry out for more let yourself stretch to reduce being sore. Let the body move so that you sweat straight from the heart the more you move and work it hard you create body art.
