#weddingday
You took my wedding day away from me. Even though you have forgotten about me I have never forgotten about you. Someone has even taken your place And I'm torn in two Because he was always there When you never were. He is the rightful owner of the title But **** my heart I can't bring myself to hurt you In the same way that you have hurt me. When I think about that special day In the future I feel a pain because Although I know who deserves to walk me down the aisle I can't imagine having you just sit off to the side Feeling horrible because you never lived up to who you were supposed to be for me I'm a fool It should be easy But every time, Every time I think about that day Instead of feeling joy I just feel pain and heart ache. So I have decided, I won't ever have one. It's hard to choose between the one that loves you with a fullness in their heart Versus the one who could never love with depth even though they are blood. You took that day from me. I don't want to break your heart Even though you so easily broke mine. At the end of the day, He is my dad through and through But there was a time that I remembered where you were once my dad too. Now I see Princesses grow up And fairy tales were never real. You taught me that. And you took my wedding day away from me.

You took it away.
This morning, at 8:51am, on a blustery, rainy island off the Danish coast, I said yes. I said yes to all of you, to the vast unknown, to the brimming anxiety and the overflowing happiness Because you showed me how it is to really feel.

Whether i had a million dollars or not even a dime to my name, as long as im with you its all the same. It doesn't matter if we lived in a mansion or a cardboard box. As long as im with you its all the same. On our wedding day, I cant promise I wont cry as your father walks you down the aisle and you leave his arm for mine. If, down the road, you decide i cant make you happy anymore, i will let you leave even though it will break me at the core. Don't worry. I won't try to win you back. You gave me a lifetime of happiness and that's all I can ask. I got through the days before I met you so i know i can do it again but if you ask me to rate my happiness it wont be a 10. Life is the name of the game. And once you find the one you love, it will never be the same

The same
Tiktok The clock says in a hurry Tiktok The clock croaks in a constant rhythm Pit pat The rain rattling on the roof Pit pat The rain runs down in a fast marathon Dug dug The heart of your mistress beats Dud dug The heart of your lady pulse in a slow dance Your lady in her white dress On the floor she lays Her eyes closed Her hand closed tight into a fist Her light lavender hair Splayed around her head like a halo Her bottom lip is bleeding Her breathing unsteady Kling klang The chimes sings in a high note Kling klang The chimes chants in an attempt of announcement Woosh woosh The wind blows harshly Woosh woosh The wind whispered loudly Dug dug dug The heart of your mistress beats Dud dug dug The heart of your lady pulse in chaos The clock The rain The chimes The wind Even her heart The letter clasped in her hand That contains the news of your demise Reminds her of what she lost Drip drip drip The tears streaming down her face Sniff sniff sniff The grief starts to set in

Got the ring! Oh the guests! Flowers on the table and on the cake too. Veil fluttering about. Pearls draped, Vows exchanged. Bands of gold glitter; I now introduce to you...

A Wedding List
The ultimate day when families and friends come from far and wide To stand by your side and rejoice when they hear you say the words “I DO” Two simple words but what do they mean? I DO – love you with all my heart until the day that we depart. I DO – want you to love me too, forever and ever you say “I DO”. I DO – want to take you in my arms and walk with you by my side, come along with me sweetheart we’ll travel far and wide and together, we’ll enjoy the ride. I DO – want to grow our family, increase our Kin, brothers and sisters sticking together through thick and thin. I DO - want to support you in all that you do, travel the world and see things new I DO - want to be by your side to wipe your tears when you are down, to catch you should you fall I DO - want to adore your body and you can ravish mine, always  keeping our bodies deliciously entwined                                                     But most of all Sweetheart I Just want you and if you want me too, then i will be the happiest person on this earth to utter those two small words "I DO"

Wedding Day
Cute lil pig tails with her lil red wagon, Freckled face waited to play all day, He followed her to and fro, She didn't have a word to say,       6 years down the road, He still loved Hope,   She rode her red bike everyday, He put a flower in her basket without delay, She still didnt have a word to say, 3 years later in his red car, he gave her ride to school and back everyday, She would smile and wave, Still never had a word to say,  5 years later on their wedding day Gracefully stood at the alter, And not a word she had to say, Not with her mouth anyway, With her hands she signed, I love you, Then with tears in her eyes, Used her hands to reply, I do, To his ears it was the most beautiful words his heart ever heard her say. ~ Anna VenJencie Arnold.
