There was one such night,
Where nature showed it's might.
The blazing sky,
Lighted the land over which it lied.
The rain painted my sight,
As I saw a girl who was drenched yet could smile.
We both walked alone,
Along the path which the moonlight showed.
Her smiles held my breath,
Her eyes disguised my strife,
Her words etched my soul,
And her beauty shadowed my sorrow.
The night ended,
As the rain faded.
Everyday we met,
And talked till the hours found their end.
We both loved each other,
Yet none couldn't confess to one another.
The fear of rejection,
Had masked our affection.
Those words which we thought yet couldn't speak,
Those emotions which we had but couldn't show,
Those moments which we lived but couldn't feel.
Years have passed since our last encounter,
Yet our love remains eternal forever.
We couldn't marry anyone,
For we already had a special someone.
As I drift into death,
I drown in regret.
For I had all the joy in the world,
Yet my love remained untold.

Chasing empty dream after dream
Holding on for so long
To something that's already gone downstream

For reasons I cannot fathom
Though I sense love seems to you
Like a bottomless chasm
Somewhere in this struggle,

Clock is ticking
Being with you is worth living
You're like scenery, breathtaking
As I see you smile is like an art
A masterpiece in every part
Everyday, you keep me on falling
Clock is ticking
At first I deny it
Still can't say anything
'cos I'm afraid of confessing
If this feelings worth of fighting
Inside of me, I already screaming
Also doubt if it's worth of suffering

I wish, you're looking at the Moon too.
Just like the old days;
When our words aren't free;
Feelings are sheltered;
And in between questions;
But, we let it be;
Knowing that the Moon knows the truth;
Let it tell our love story, if it is.
