#snakecharmer
I Emanate From the tales of Ruined men Their names laced around my tongue , A sweet curse Bewitched the eye And swells them in The dabbles of dagger I have swallowed, A cutting edge A slash on the throat choking in— Beneath my scaly skin, Body wrapped around a Sweat gleaming neck, And with a puncture On the lips It starts bleeding.

Belinda
Her eyes are full of poison I take them in large thick doses I can't seem to tear away from her stare She hypnotizes me with every glare I long to linger in her gaze But the poison seeps into my veins Straight to my heart I feel the lasting effect Of her lovely venom flowing deep within I trust her not to strike me with more than I can bare And I let her poison me while I’m well aware I’ve become like a snake charmer, I've tamed her stare

Snake Charmer
Every day I put on armor I do my best to be the snake charmer But this world full of snakes And very high are the stakes They coil and strike They do their damndest to bite But everyday I put on even more It's such a great chore And under all this weight I'm starting to bend And I can't move and I can't defend So I'll take the venom, I'll let it sink in I'll let it course through my veins I'll let it flow to my brain Let it deaden my limbs Till the light in my eye's dims My heart will stop it's beat And the reaper I will greet
