#nourish
A seed grows through nurture: Quality soil, water, sun, nutrients. Even a kind word fills a plant With optimism and positivity, So it can grow into the life-affirming plant It’s destined to be. Remove any one of those elements, The plant simply dies. It’s the same with me. Love, kindness, water, sun, nutrients Nourish me to grow into the amazing woman I am destined to be. But without those, I am destined to die, Bitter, negative, angry, defensive, And alone.

A Seed
The sun still shines, the breeze still calls, The rain still taps, the silence falls. And when the moment feels just right, The petals burst, a gift to sight. The seed has slept, the world has spun, The waiting game is nearly done. The petals stretch, the colors gleam, Awakening from winter’s dream. It did not rush, it did not break, It bloomed when time was sure to take. A lesson whispered through the air— Some things must wait to grow so fair. The soil cradles the seed, the seed cradles a secret. It knows it can bloom. Knows the sun will greet it, the rain will nourish it, the bees will come. Yet still, it waits. Because blooming is not just survival— it is choosing to step into the light.

Sacrifice
Alone I stand, in a field full of solace, Life brings the wind to cascade down my branches To cast away the leaves I have nourished Bring me light so I may flourish The sun to warm my inner spirit My roots reach to the inner core, I stand solid, So bring the rain, the snow, the sun For I am that tree that stands Alone.............

Alone
Nourish thy soul with the rhythms in your mind bounce back bounce front thy rhythm of time Nourish thy body feeling the pulses yelling your name they shout they ache they're calling your name Nourish thy body with the love that you know Nourish thy body make sure it stays warm Nourish thy body by feeding the soul 1 scoop 2 scoops its never too full Nourish thy pain the one that's eating you away reminding it does not exist without calling your name

Nourish
If age deepens all emotions How will I feel about you when I reach my end How will you have hurt me How will I have healed How will the roots of my love grow deeper when I feel like there is no more for my barren soil to give

She was covered in fallen leaves and flowers I  heard a strange sound and spotted the plastic bottles I plucked the plastic off her she left out another soft sigh of pain and then, it rained

a toast to you
Orange-Juice tastes nice: sweet, hydrating, with tiny nourishing pips which squish on my tongue as I swallow.

sourdough bread
You were the first drop of rain after a seemingly endless drought. The beginning of the end of a barren Era. After that first drop, the crops began to take life. The trees seemed to stand taller, The animals, seemed calmer. You were the start of everything new. You were the embodiment, of everything true. I couldn't ask a thing from you, Your presence is enough to fulfill a lifetime.

First Drop.
How gently the rains of your face fall upon me. How sweet the dew of each kiss. How nourishing your body. Your chest and torso, broken bread. Your scent coils and creeps from you and I, buried in your crevices, drink it in. The intimacy of kissing your curls and the delicacy of meeting your lips. They all fill me. Sustain me.

Bright Colors
This little heart of mine often you nourished it and cherished it gladly as if it was a sweet smile among a million primulas! Oh, this little heart of mine how often should it be scrutinised be squeezed into the flip side? What magic, should it show up? Though no longer one sheds a tear but spares a dose of love. The sweetest moments in life only come from love. The harrowing ones are no strangers—too big and bold and could flesh out with no bound. But fill this with only a slice— not the lot—just with a bit of love, this little heart of mine!

Nourishment.
Deep in the forest Lies a tree grand in size Older than the rest But close to demise Each winter is harder The bitter cold bites And is a slow killer But still she fights The humans come with axes And **** those around her Never able to relax When one day she'll just be lumber Each day branches snap Because of the dry life The sun beats down as she naps Always causing strife And one day she withers And is not longer in pain But all she has weathered Is not in vain Because below seeds flourish The ground is moist and full of water And soft, full with nourish All thanks to mother

Snap Goes The Old Tree
Do what you have to do For the good of the pack Because the pack is life Do what you have to do For the good of yourself Because the pack is only a pack Of the pups that make it up Do what you have to do To preserve the self That which not only nourishes Deconstructs

Coyote's Self-Preservation and Opposing Theories
I am obsessed with becoming a woman who is comfortable in her own skin, I don't want to hate myself anymore I will keep drinking zero calorie sparkling water and doing sit ups until my stomach aches and smiling through the painful runs because **** it its going to be worth it I don't need the dinner roll I don't need the candy I just need to be proud of my body. I am on a journey to being healthy, and it may be a little bit twisted but it will end good, I just know it.
