When I asked whether or not
which door to walk through.
That's when she cut the lights off
& everything got dark

Within a year I lost it all
My heart, my mind, my joy and soul
I feel so hollow and alone
I need to do this on my own.
My world was shattered not by one
These criminals and I are done
The punishment they'll get is none
I was a toy, for them it's fun.
The joy of life I cannot see
And I'm the one who needs to be
My own best friend to feel so free
The happy ending to my story.

Slowly everything is getting darker.
You barely see the teardrops falling on ground.
You don't see the lights any more.
It's all gone.

I fear the light
all I know is the darkness
that is around me
there is no light
there is no window
even if there was
I would be to scared to go near it
so I sit against this wall wating for a sign that I’m free to go
but intel then I’m stuck here feeling alone with the darkness

i cant even try
now that you've bled me dry
so i can no longer move on
from everything thats gone
the sharp knife in my hand
to make the final stand
and take away all the pain
that falls in the rain
show the demons that have come
that im ready for my final song
when the words no longer make a rhyme
and stand still this final time
how can you see my fate
when you cant stop your own
cuz its in this final state
that i am left alone
now that i see the light
for the final time
i finally lose my sight
unable to shine
