combatting dwindling steps,
inhibitions are crumbling,
a stray from gray bushes,
no strokes to follow,
meld in the silence of hollow
whims to unveil gleaming
holy grail,
slapping torches and fires to season prevails

As I walked over through the piles of people I came close
As I approached the love of my life I touched his back twice to get his attention
Looking to the left I could clearly see the sweat fall off other people
The faces of others.....so happy and drunk with love...literally
Finally, finally he saw me.
With our eyes finally gazing at each other and our hearts beating I felt his warmth as he hugged me
My soul was swept away by his loving eyes
As I began to talk he gazed at me and I spoke about 3 words then he just plunged his lips upon mine
5 seconds felt like eternity for me
It was as if all he wanted was that one last kiss. All he wanted was to feel my lips one last time
As we removed ourselves from each other I was still in his arms gazing up at him as he was looking down at me
I was taken back without a word
I could say nothing but stare up at him
His lip were warm and wet I could feel his spit in my mouth
May sound gross to you but glorious to me
Finally after realizing that we were staring too long he turned his attention to another and that was it
My last dance with my one true love
I don’t think I will ever have a moment like that again
The truth is I realized in that moment I still love him I never stopped
I will never love another like I love him.

Like the snowball first thrown in the bitter chilled winter days
Is the same as my grandma opening her eyes for the first time and in her mother's arms she lays.
Later as the years pass and love blossoms in her heart
My grandmother's life with her own family is about to start
Now she is like the first snowman built standing ready to guard her home
To stay there to protect and never to roam
But as time sweeps by so does her appearance she begins to melt
The meteorologist say it won't snow anytime soon and day by day she will alter
They try to give her more pills to delay her death but they try to conceal it with their palter
Soon my snowman will just be another puddle licked up the earth
But I will always remember my snowman's worth

It’s sad to say, that you were with me today,
And now I sit here, in trials and dismay,
How you left, was painful and I was confused,
Why you had to die now and leave me unamused.
At such an early age, you left this world, To a place unknown, one of no words,
Gone too soon you had to leave,
And all your loved ones, you’ve left bereaved.
I can’t say, I knew you well,
But from the time we spent, everyone could tell,
That I was meant to meet you,
To know you better,
And now I’m thankful, and I hope you’ll be greater!
I wish you the best, and say hello to the rest,
Give my Papa a high five, and I pray that you’ll be alive,
That you’ll enjoy every moment, with the Father above,
For eternal life, you shall feel the love.
