My forever feels torn away.
My forever grows farther day by day.
The girl she is now.
The girl I am now.
Our worlds a thousand miles apart.
All based off of two hearts.
Hers and mine forever unified.
People try to cut us away.
Our hearts grow stronger each day.
A metal shield around them.
But still I find myself frightened.
The shield is possible to wither away.
The scratched and damages others have made.
The metal is slowly exposing our weak hearts.
Still strongly together.
Never apart.
If the metal leaves.
The shield holding us in place.
If our walls come down.
So do we.
Forever so far away.
My doubts all in the open.
Shield fell down.
Still the hearts in place.
Held tightly by her love for me.
Tighter than any man made shield.

without a hint of harmony

I seek a higher purpose

but then you come true and do something tragic

In the ideology of her past,
Listening to the stories of who she used to be,
Wondering if everything she went through was meant for her,
Her struggle from within,
Thinking is the path she leads is meant for us to be,
But living that way takes away from her presence.

Love doesn't have to be for a certain person
It can be for a group of people with an unknown reason
You make my suffering feel worth it
when I get to see you at the end of the day
I try to keep my problems, confusions and delusions at bay
I try to be okay
But I guess I really need to find a way
to keep all my monsters away
