#fairness
All poems are are unabashed and unfinished
Only those in sonnet are finished
Completed, done, and terminated
A poem can still be edited
Revised, retouched and rewritten
A poem is a powerful tool or weapon
Leave alone my unfinished poems
These are my spices, my stars, my emblems
You don't understand their symbols
And the words used to fill up the bowls
You just have to read my poems ten times
To fully comprehend them. Ignore the rhymes
To pay more attention to the vernacular
They are not bizarre; they are just particular
They are not regular; they are unfinished
They are not strange, they are simple. Kabish!

Bias
Leads to prejudice
To malice
To injustice
To fanaticism
To nepotism
To vice
To avarice
To cynicism
To favoritism
To lust
To mistrust
To bigotry
To insanity
To corruption
To discrimination
To steal
To ****
To ignorance
To violence
To extremism
To racism
And to terrorism.
Fairness
Gives to happiness
To equality
To liberty
To friendship
To courtship
To justice
To peace
To love
Of the Spirit above.

We all saw it
We all heard it
We all read it
And smelled it.
Meanwhile Deedeepee is rotting in jail
For probably having committed a similar crime
Some do the crime and others don’t do the time
Similarly, some go to Heaven and others go to Hell.
The world smelled it
The world read it
The world heard it
And we saw it.
Some people are above the law
Some people are found to have no fault
Somewhere, God needs to tight the bolt
So all can hear the unwonted song of the crow.
No jail time, no fine and no probation
However, we all felt the humiliation
For God’s sake, an Honorable Christian like Jimmy
Would have never been in such a gnarly quandary.
We all smelled it
We all read it
We all heard it
And the world saw it.
No further explanation
We wonder if justice was done
No further condemnation
History is always fair, just and fun.
The world heard it
The world read it
The world saw it
And we smelled it.

Twenty-four years’ marriage certificate released today
Mirrors cracked, tragedy lives where apathies traces.
We, create only a smaller voice than
the angels, have crouched hopes in
We, A Mountain, An Ocean, or at A Journey
Gazing sky, we see no woman and children play
Tears which she planted in a frozen hut are exposed
The tears are saved and we have vases of sorrow drink
Unfairness imprisoned herself inside this cage
The sorrow that was building transforms rage
And fire within us naturally grow
We, A Mountain, An Ocean, or at A Journey
The Truth, The Sun and all about her fairness right
Armed for slaughter, her mouths spilling words
Mountains echo as we choke on an ocean of sorrow
An end with hopes is what we patiently await.

All beautiful things
can’t compete with your beauty
Wearing school uniform
when you’re suppose to be dripping in pearls
guarded by red roses
Priceless, all the money in
the world isn’t enough
Bad foresight and your fairness
makes me blind to
everything except you
Gentle eyes, the door to the universe
The door to tranquil rivers of joy
The door to air, water and life itself
I talked to God asking if
Heaven is missing an angel.

To be just one another
There is no bigger damage
Or problem for that matter

Resignation for self preservation
Forever to hide
Or to break out en masse
Communities struggling
For identity safety and Touch
When leaders ignore
Rise
Never give up

The hurt and sadness coming from your voice is ripping at my heart like a jagged knife ripping through flesh
You are mine to protect and nurture and that box made of steel that you are caged in remains my every nightmare as I sleep and my weakness in my thoughts while I’m awake
A young man with eyes that glisten and a beautiful face of an angel, the heart that’s pure and giving
Yet you made some wrong choices but not deserving to be slammed behind bars in a cold cell and treated like a beast of rage
My expression of fury at my fingertips for if I was evil as they, surely I would cast every sinful spell across their beings and make them feel your pain
**** those that pass yet judgement yet hold no crown of thorns upon their head
For He that cast the first stone let him stand in judgement free of sin
For the Laws of this wicked world all turned to the evils of bribery and political gain as there is no longer a man that sits to hold true to the laws that are written for of the greater the judge feels as though he himself can unwrite and interfere with the laws of our God and pick which laws and sentence for the same crime yet treat them different
Stand with your armor as it isn’t seen my son for is the coming of our dear Lord and savior to be the punishers And the Judge of the wickedness that per-trays to call themself some part of Law and Order as Our God is so much Greater as they will soon see.

Togetherness
Dear soulmate
Let's walk together
Hand in hand through the pain of rejection into the happiness of approval
Lets walk together
Hand In hand through the uncertainty of our life into the possibility of our life
Lets walk together
Hand in hand through the darkness of the night into the sunlight of the day
Lets walk together
Hand in hand through the ugliness of hate into the happiness of love
Lets walk together
Hand in hand through the storms of the sea into the sand of the beach
Lets walk together
Hand in hand through the burning fields of yesterday into the meadows of tomorrow
Lets walk together
Hand in hand through the mockery of shame into the laughter of fame
Lets walk together
Hand in hand through the tears of our cries into the joy of our caress

We all just long for peace at heart
And for life to allow us a restart
With gazing eyes we start dreaming
Reminiscing times when our cheeks were beaming
The weather outside is a distinct drizzle
Making the world appear like a single grizzle
And you just stand there waiting
Because nothing else seems to be more fascinating
Than the rain drops and their continuous sounds
That just makes you feel so inexplicably profound
And you breath deeply through this moment
Thinking about nothing less but gods dethronement

Before the debutante’s
sister got into the car crash
with the drunk, wrong way driver
metal crunching
tires screeching
wet slippery highway
her dazey thoughts were
gray clouds
cool, prickly skin

good health
i have had a comfortable life
with middle class privilege
but i have known and seen
bullies in my class
making me stand against it always
they are leading the country now
and are demonstrably showing
brutal intransigent power
over those without citizen identity
because we had wars
in their countries
so they have done nothing more
than seek a better life
who wouldn’t have?
and now they can’t go back
so many people compromised
by oil greed and power avarice
rendered without country
without wealth
without identity
without dignity
these people are no different
in human need
yet
i have place
i have citizen identity
i have freedom

Stand up against bullies.
Love yourself.
Realize your worth,
You deserve food on your shelf.
Have an opinion.
Use your voice.
If you're pro-life,
Still respect pro-choice.
If you don't like something,
You don't need to comment.
For if you do,
It might come off as torment.
You deserve your own opinion,
No need for facts.
Stop harassing minorities,
Get off their backs.
Be compassionate.
Compliment others.
Treat women like sisters,
and men like brothers.
We are all humans,
So treat us that way.
Thank you for reading,
That's all I have to say.

is it all a game?
you're wanting to play?
to leave me on open?
to see what i'll say?
you know i'm upset.
you know how i get.
so how is it fair
to leave me on read?

To claim superiority (over me)
When you and I both bleed the same red?

The eulogies resound in stentorian tones for the great,
those of prominence, those who have ascended to the pinnacle,
those who have known power, and who have changed worlds,
whose names fall from the lips of every man, who are offered
unencumbered embrace, a deferential half pace backward.
But what of the good man, without position, sans societal perch,
whose wealth is paltry, accomplishment meager,
yet whose effort is no less herculean, no less courageous,
whose heart is no less pure, the good man doomed to failure
through paucity of talent, or missed opportunity,
or plain bad fortune, yet who resolves to continue, plod foot after foot to anonymous end, and whose name will not be voiced in so much as a whisper for all eternity.

All in love is fair. ?
~~~~~~~~~~~
All in love is fair?
Love ? Don’t need me to tell you it ain’t true
Love is so one-sided , you feel taken for a fool
In love or out o’ love are there any special rules
No one can say without hindsight anyway.
Love may still be said , be essential to the plan
Of couples in attraction,magnetism draws ‘me
Violate the trust though it’s to remain unsaid
Eternal life relationships are most times rare.
In man a selfish gene’s bin resident from birth
Sons waited on by hand and foot by mum.
Females are the servants of that super Adonis
All macho drinking and reading tabloid papers
In life only love that’s fair is love n no condition
Requited love is sure “The only love that’s fair”
1st persona
Inequality is good, a wise friend once divulged
It was a good thought that has a hint of truth
Why? I asked to uncover its mystery
The he replied and informed me gleefully
2nd persona
Perfect liberation is too far to achieve for foolish men,
In the present time I witness what I believe
Blissful faces all around and its probable not their last
And ain’t we living now in an unequal world with future to trust?
1st persona
I ask, but what about those people lamenting in the dark?
2nd persona
I’m sorry to tell you bro, in a senseless quest I won’t embark
Isn’t it those happy people the cause of their misery?
Which we are a part of, this is ours and that is their destiny
Of course I won’t impede your stance in this matter
I believe you ain’t too foolish with your freedom and liberty
It’s just that some people get what they want on a silver platter
While some work their ***** of just to receive their miniscule pay
1st persona
I understand my friend that harsh verity
2nd persona
Harsh? Yeah to some people it is full of cruelty
That’s why they want to overturn the norms, the world’s ethos
I admire their courage but that is a matter I don’t intend to poke my nose
1st persona
Speaking of unfairness, I have a thought of mine
Why do people complain of what is absent
When compared to others they have a lot present
Is it because man's greed knows no confines
And some people grumble about their problems that
When compared to other's crosses are just shallow vats
2nd persona
If it is what you said then what use is contentment?
And the second problem’s just like a game in my discernment
Level by level we are differing with every other
It is by which our environments determine our given attitude
A level one complains to a level seven, a higher number
And a level ten complains to a problem of greater magnitude
By which sometimes the level ten see level one in annoyance
For how lucky he is yet grumble of his misfortune
See, its just a matter of perspective and vision
Now why are you looking at me in askance?
1st persona
Your logic has something wrong, I’m just pointing out, not debate
Why can’t a level ten, over a level 1 problem, grumble?
For its just a matter of perspective as you did articulate
And if it is the case then what use is the level of the people?
2nd persona
Hahaha, you got me right my friend
My view is flawed as I am
Please do share thy thoughts so all this will end?
For we have talked till the cows to home, come
1st persona
My friend, I dare not belittle the view you conceive
For I think it has a hint of truth, even though with a flaw
You have a wisdom that exists only on a chosen few
So let me add a bit of my subjective perspective
The great may whine of a small barricade
The lesser may smile to the towering obstacles ahead
In every individual there are many factors of multitude
This is what you have missed, the peculiarity of humans
Not just discernment,
There is also temperament
We not only have perspective,
There is also attitude that we give
Many matter in life, I thus conclude my statement
2nd persona
So that’s it! Thank you for the enlightenment
Those factors really do affect our actions
As long as we are humans, there are no exceptions
To persist, to cower, to grumble, in traversing the rain
To take it easy, to seek help or to accomplish it on our own
Despite all these choices, one truth remains
That in life we most likely will reap what we have sown
Thing's that make me uncomfortable:
That feeling when you get mad at me,
because I didn't do the thing, you didn't ask me to do, cause I can't read minds; I'm not your parent.
That tone in your voice when you go off about how unfair the world is, triggered by the slightest setback.
The feeling when I sacrifice all that I am for the sake of your mood and happiness, in vain.
That sound of the exacerbated sigh when I ask you to run an errand, as if I am not also tired.
The pressure of carrying us both on broken legs.
The pit in my chest when I ask your opinion and you say "I don't care," but you actually do care, because whatever choice I make is laced in ridicule.
When you say you're doing something for me but you're just trying to make yourself feel better about doing it for yourself.
When you use my disorder as a justification or excuse, but when I actually need your help you seem burdened and annoyed.
That "okay then" moment when I give you everything you ask for and you take it as if you never wanted it.
Oh, Rizal, hear our plea
For in our country's reality
The corrupt grow more powerful
As the elders become boastful
Pinned down condescendingly
By others buzzing like bees
With this ignorance that doesn't die
We feel that we can only try
But we will fight even as we cry
Our voices put down, may it never be pried
Away from the truth, we are shied
Now await our pent-up battle cry
We will march along the over-trodden streets
Along with the sound of where our hearts beat
For justice and for fairness
We bear your wish with gladness
