My coral rose bloomed
Saying you thought about me.
Blossoming for you.

A child sleeps sound, dreams filled with light,
Unknowing of the coming fight.
No warrior face, no steely gaze,
Just innocence in hazy days.
Then darkness falls, a heavy shroud,
Oppression's hand, it speaks aloud
In cruel commands and bitter wrong,
Where hope once flew, now fear is strong.
The child awakes, the dreams now gone,
A different soul, from dusk till dawn.
The fire sparked by tyrant's deed,
Plants courage like a vital seed.
Forced to rise, to stand and face,
The brutal power, the lost grace.
With trembling hands, but heart so bold,
A braveheart blooms, a story told.
Not born of kings, nor bred for war,
But forged in pain, forevermore.
The oppressor's hand, a twisted fate,
Creates the brave, before it's late.

Waiting for the daffodils
to fill vases set on
window sills
and as I walk along the street
I will give a bow to every daffodil
I meet.

Love rises softly like jasmine light,
Guiding my spirit through gentle night.
Silent blossoms whisper ancient truth,
Awakening peace within my youth.
Purity blooms where tender winds sing,
Jasmine unveils hope in everything,
Calm breaths open the sleeping soul,
Light returns making the spirit whole.
Jasmine awakens truth in rising light,
Love unfolds gently in sacred sight.
Purity gathers softly within me,
Spirit ascends freely toward eternity.

To create or to consume, that is the question
To cook or to gorge, needs answering
When a leaf flutters down from a tree
Dead, worn and bereft of life
The earth greets it with little mercy
And proceeds to devour it utterly
But ask the tree what she poured into that leaf
And she answers calmly, all the life that came before me
Our duty is to be, but our desire is to set free
What lives within us, from others already freed
From the mortal yoke
It takes a poke, a nudge and sometimes a push
For it comes not easy, not easily shook
But once you breathe the air of creation
You will never again question
Whether to eat or create
You draw upon the joys and pain of the billions before you
And you exhale into being, a beautiful bloom

in your bloom, everything finds a softer shape—all bent by tenderness. your sweet fragrance unfurls, letting me feel home in all directions. even in stillness, your presence ripples—like a soft pulse, a faint glow; like the first light gently falling on earth.
you are a flower pressed into my heart—wild and perfect—rooted in every beat, entwining itself to the rhythm of my life.

Roses are elegant ,
Bougainville are radiant ,
Sunflowers are shining ,
Jasmines are intensely white.
Roses smell floral,
Bougainville fragrant tropical,
Sunflowers are earthly,
Jasmine gives an exotic aroma.
They blooms in my mind,
They filled my cozy oasis,
Leaving behind blissful traces...

She is that flower in pinkish-red hems
Blooming amidst the silent, withered stems;
She does not need any grace of water,
But pleased to tears that have fallen over
My hand trembles, I cannot pluck her roots—
She's too precious to be in worn-out boots;
Though it hurts, I'll hope there's a gardener
Who'll place her where light shines a bit kinder.

Dreams whisper softly,
Stars fall like tears,
Hearts beat wildly,
Love conquers fears,
Hope blooms eternal,
Time heals scars,
Forever ours.

Hyacinth is used in perfume-making.
Symbolises love that is everlasting.
Power, beauty, and its merit
Are for uplifting the spirit.
In mid-spring, you can see them blooming.
You can see them for two weeks, flowering.
A delicate, fresh scent's breaking
Bloom is the best time to visit.
Hyacinth Blooms
Their blooms can be seen colouring.
Lavender, rose, and cream are sinking.
In many shades, one can endear it.
Beautiful flowers, you always cheer it
In memories, they are masking

It's five am, and there's a slow soaking rain.
It came with a single clap of thunder.
It carries
not only the washed clean smell
of falling water,
but also flowers,
Red maple bark,
and autumn leaves.
There's not an ounce of light yet,
but I swear I feel the warmth
just below the horizon
like love that has yet to blossom.
Its echo whispers. Give it time.

Tin man, on the eve of tin,
your apology rings hollow.
I think that you
were only trying to
crack a window,
find a space to crawl back in,
attempt to
erase me some more.
Meanwhile, the police
are off investigating
crimes that happen in
real time. They like
to catch their perps
red-handed. Even with you
cast in the limelight,
confirming that what you did
to me was real,
it was my own nightmare.
I know, we fall into
that grey area.
In a garden of blooms
you walk freely,
inhaling and dreaming
of touching
those yet untouched
pink and yellow buds.

I was found
A flower of purple bloom
Alone, in a gloom
Until petals of yellow
Scent soothing
Took root not far away
After time
And months of rhyme
She whispered
To the yellow bloom
Said that there was no room
For the two of us
"Wild violet"
I was branded
Called a ****
Said to be slowly
Choking out the yellow bloom
That in that garden
There was no room
For a vile ****
Alas, a **** I was not
Am not
For I am a flower
Nothing more
But
Call me what you want
Drop venom where you please
My voice perhaps stolen
My leaves torn by your
Shaking hands
Fists in the air
But I hold in
A thousand words
To battle your chaos
Cast away
With every attack
Like leaves to a blower
I won't lie
That's your job
Cruel gardener
Pick all of my petals
Shred my leaves
Pull me by the roots
Still I shall stand
No matter the swinging
Of your crazed trimmers
Snipping away
Though far away
I shall stay
Just a memory
Fueling your chaos
Growing a wall of thorns
Dripping with blood
Around your proud bloom
Of yellow light.

puzzles and poems
and fire and stars
dancing in the lonely hours
I'll do all of these if
I could only be
yours
but you want
a different love
one of scarlet nights;
whispered words by
broken voices
a spark
but nothing more than smoke
and ash

When you become old,
grey and withered;
I’d still display you in a vase.

I spelled out my secrets
in the language of the flowers,
with petals mixed in with my tears.
Please let the words of these blossoms
be heard more than my story to tell.

The softest of pinks,
Much tougher than you think.
Upon seeing shades of red,
You’d think that they’ve seen nothing but the dead.
Instead;
They endure new blooms,
Garden grooms,
Pinches from males,
Often a bouquet of sales.
The colour pink,
Was more beautiful than you think.

Your words are like flowers
blooming for the first time
in the early days of spring.
Charming
Mesmerizing
Glorious
Like the light pink pretty petals spilling into the winds,
whispering intensity and sweetness.
I find myself blushing and gliding.
With your rhymes sending me into a lovely realm,
I am now in your fairyland.

When I seen the purple blooming tree from a distance,
It attracted me to have a look with no distance..
And that sight was of immense pleasure,
Which filled my heart with full of love treasure...
That tropical trees are known as jacarandas,
And also the tree world’s spring stars...
That breath taking flowers are pretty enough to describe in word dilemma,
And that magnificent purple blue blooms resembles as an elegant umbrella...
And the fallen petals makes way for a dazzling display of unimpeded purple haze,
Which looks like a lavender carpet at a quick gaze...
As flowers are regarded as a symbol of love, beauty and a gift of nature,
Are thus used to provoke love and happiness with its power to make us cheer....
Let us all love this nature’s blessings forever,
To make it a never ending full bloom ever....

My dreamland’s gateway
opens up a gorgeous field of flowers
And there at its center proudly sways
In stripy purplish-pink is a handsome wildflower
I do adore those wild and free
though I love all kinds of blooms and hold no preference
And when I saw him in his fragrant sanctuary
I felt a kind of reverence
And among those beauty of its kind
I surely won’t forget
The sweetest moment when he smiled
The wondrous time when we’ve first met

In my garden
I drink in the beauty of the blossoms
Like one lost in the desert
Searching for the water of life
For a few moments
The sweet fragrance and sunlit hues
Block out an ugly world
And I am at peace...

When I die
I want
Roses to bloom
From beneath my grave
Violets and blue-bells
And emerald grass
Blooms in my memory
Is all that I ask
Daisies
And Daffodils
Poppies
And pink -petaled lilies
Ruby-like flowers
Amethyst strokes
Perhaps pearls
Scattered
I'm my resting place
Would be lovely
When
I
Die
