The Black Glass shields my view And protects me from the unknown But in doing so it leaves me ignorant. Unknowingly I continue, Surrounded by the obsidian night I rely on the sound of my heartbeat And the fog to deceive me. When at last I find peace, The sun rises and spreads its wings But only until the night returns And I am trapped again by Glass.

Night
The Black Glass shields my view And protects me from the unknown But in doing so it leaves me ignorant. Unknowingly I continue, Surrounded by the obsidian night I rely on the sound of my heartbeat And the fog to deceive me. When at last I find peace, The sun rises and spreads its wings But only until the night returns And I am trapped again by Glass.
