I'm not going to write a poem about love Cause love is full of lies As soon as you feel butterflies They tend to lie I survive through thick and thin I have brushed shoulders with death I'm not afraid to write I'm not afraid to die They say ride or die Well I write and die Cause everytime I pick up my pen My sorrow dies I write and die This pen never lies It never fills me with deceit It just feels me with conceit For love I'd rather not die
