His head is acrylic now
with a glass eye,
some became half-bodies,
but most who didn't make it
ended up ******
organic
microscopic pieces,
remnants of DNA,
stains on plastic
componentry
& Humvee armor.
My eardrums still hurt
& I get headaches.
Other than that,
I think,
I think,
I'm intact.
