I stand there at your grave side Underneath me your asleep I tell you all my wishes And silently I weep I tell you all the gossip As I bend down on one knee Happy memories of years gone by As upon your grave I place a tree A mini tree of christmas Dusted with some snow I talk about my children And tell you how they grow I can feel you all around me Can picture you with a smile You wicked sense of humour Fills me for a while As I turn to leave you My silent tears do fall Cause to have you here this christmas Would be the greatest gift of all

Merry Christmas Dad
I stand there at your grave side Underneath me your asleep I tell you all my wishes And silently I weep I tell you all the gossip As I bend down on one knee Happy memories of years gone by As upon your grave I place a tree A mini tree of christmas Dusted with some snow I talk about my children And tell you how they grow I can feel you all around me Can picture you with a smile You wicked sense of humour Fills me for a while As I turn to leave you My silent tears do fall Cause to have you here this christmas Would be the greatest gift of all
