here, a small secret everyone has fears, like yours they are all hiding insecurities blossoming as moldy spores only when ignored self improvement works it's just about not breaking any promises easier said, true start small, sweat the little things pile them to the sky resist innate urge to focus on your results keep as afterthoughts only behavior day in, day out, that matters it's all that matters before you make it fake it, then believe the act realize it's real
