Millions of pieces Catch the bright sunshine Like a broken mirror Whole once upon a time. Casting light fairies On the dark walls Intermittent rainbows Between where they fall. So many reflections Of love, life and light Lying on the floor Because I lost the fight. My broken heart In pieces so small It’s hard to believe They once fit together at all, But morning still comes With a rising sun Piecing my heart Together, one by one.

Reflections of the heart
Millions of pieces Catch the bright sunshine Like a broken mirror Whole once upon a time. Casting light fairies On the dark walls Intermittent rainbows Between where they fall. So many reflections Of love, life and light Lying on the floor Because I lost the fight. My broken heart In pieces so small It’s hard to believe They once fit together at all, But morning still comes With a rising sun Piecing my heart Together, one by one.
