We are not our darkest nights Instead We are the mornings after When you wake with a hangover From the weight of negative intrusion Upon your delicate timeline of life But press on nonetheless Instead We are the days in between When all the pieces feel unbroken And we are able to dance in the sunset We are the moments when we Allow ourselves to be our potential
