My infant head she sat and watched While on my cradle bed I slept And sweet affection tears she shed She prayed I'd be bless Even she sacrificed her rest She doesn't mind her dress She bore the mockery & the jest Not minding if her efforts ends in a mess In the midst of the test She faced with the stress To ensure I have the best Such is whom she is In trials & adversity With great tenacity And tremendous alacrity Amidst limited capability She provided immunity

My Sweet Mother
My infant head she sat and watched While on my cradle bed I slept And sweet affection tears she shed She prayed I'd be bless Even she sacrificed her rest She doesn't mind her dress She bore the mockery & the jest Not minding if her efforts ends in a mess In the midst of the test She faced with the stress To ensure I have the best Such is whom she is In trials & adversity With great tenacity And tremendous alacrity Amidst limited capability She provided immunity
