my soul's hibernating tucked safe behind walls illusions abounding protecting from falls well masked eyes hide the lies hide the fears hide the pain the chameleon guard dragon provides warmth in the rain my heart hears the truth my soul starts to stir a smile slips my lips my spirit it purrs

Spark (2011)
my soul's hibernating tucked safe behind walls illusions abounding protecting from falls well masked eyes hide the lies hide the fears hide the pain the chameleon guard dragon provides warmth in the rain my heart hears the truth my soul starts to stir a smile slips my lips my spirit it purrs
the end of a poem found tucked away from summer 2011, a time when I was deep in confusion and depression.  there was this little spark, however dim.  it has taken me years to uncover and begin to recover.  this little tiny spark of awakening :)
