All the boys I kissed did not prepare me For kissing a girl. They didn't tell me that a girl's lips is 10 times Sweeter, and softer than any boys. Their tongues shoving themselves down my Throat in secret did not prepare me For softly asking permission and being okay With saying, "yes". All the boys who I ****** did not prepare me For the gentle touch of a girl. They didn't tell me that a girl will ask time and time Again if what she's doing is okay. "You're addicted" did not prepare me For cute giggles and soft moans, And smiling in the morning at each other. All the boys I loved did not prepare me For falling in love with a girl. They didn't tell me that girls love gently, innocently, Like I was the only thing in the world. Abuse and neglect did not prepare me For learning to love myself in a way That I want her to love me.
