Do you remember yesterday? Swear you'll never let it slip away. Promise that you will never forget. Promise that you will never regret. When we were on the side where the grass was green, And the best things that happened were the things left unseen, And the fantasies living inside of my head Came out And danced But when the sun set, they fled. Each star up above, a wish that came true, And most of those stars I wished on for you. And as the moon rose high above The bay, I pleaded, "yesterday, won't you stay?" For tomorrow yesterday will be Nothing but A memory
