i like the comparison of birthdays and love, the best quatrain is the last one because i think it flows the best, ie it has the best rhythm...I re-read the poem and as i read i removed all the commas from the first 3 quatrains.. BAM! that made a big difference to me and really had a positive impact on the rhythm ....what do you think?

This was lovely and I like how you married birthdays and love.
