Depression is anger
It's being told lies
It's screaming
It's punching walls
And it's refusing to understand
Depression is painful
It's a destroyer
It's fear
It's roaring headaches
And it's losing everyone you love
Depression is ugly
It's tear stains
It's cuts
It's scaring others
And it's a heart filled with scars
Hope is find-able
It's letting go of hate
It's forgiving
It's finding someone you trust
And it's found through Jesus Christ

I felt like my last poem didn't give any sense of hope. But I am finding hope slowly, and I want to share that through this poem. I hope everyone else can find trust, hope, peace, love and faith! <3
