Sitting in my chair, Staring out my window, As drops of rain fall outside. I see you standing there, Water pouring, drenching tears. I want to give you my umbrella, But I am locked inside.

Umbrella
Sitting in my chair, Staring out my window, As drops of rain fall outside. I see you standing there, Water pouring, drenching tears. I want to give you my umbrella, But I am locked inside.
An old poem I wrote back in October of 2013. I have no idea what I did with the meter here, but I did promise myself to upload whatever I wrote, whether I like it or not.
