but not heard
have you ever
listened to something so absurd
how can we take away
their freedom to speak up
to grow up as adults
so they can be confident
taking away or stiffling
this precious souls voice
is an unconscious decision
and gives them no choice
no choice to learn
from making their own decision
to adjust their course
to practice in revisions
what a world this will be
when we all learn to speak our own truth
respecting each others beingness
and being connected to our roots
