I am buried beneath technology where a lighted screen is telling me how to dream and who to be. It's severing my heartstrings and numbing my daydreams the type of connection and affection I never knew I needed. Would not be without could not live without The relationship no one warned me about. And now, here I sit, idle and alone surround by friends I've never met or hardly know I read of tragedies that don't affect me they are overseas and out of reach. Bradbury was right oh, how these parlors delight When did we all lose sight? That those are our dreams to dream unseen by these lighted screens.
