I awake beneath the midnight hour. A barren scene, but I do not cower. I stand alone, amongst the stars. Bare I stand as I shed my scars. The winter cold beneath my feet, steadily, I await that final beat Concluding breaths escape with ease. A lasting thought as Death doth tease. One last look to the stars above Forever a portrait that I shall love.

WAKING DREAMS
I awake beneath the midnight hour. A barren scene, but I do not cower. I stand alone, amongst the stars. Bare I stand as I shed my scars. The winter cold beneath my feet, steadily, I await that final beat Concluding breaths escape with ease. A lasting thought as Death doth tease. One last look to the stars above Forever a portrait that I shall love.
