And she found it weird More than unfamiliar To how she cared so much Cared for how he saw her Hiding her flaws Covering them beneath "perfect" ******* them in So he saw beauty Saw her as worth it And he always saw Saw the flaws all for a second Those seconds she laughed Those seconds she smiled The moments that were really her And with each passing second He counted the flaws Her freckled face Her cracked lips Her clumsy knees And he counted As more reasons to love her
