Dead poet cocktail Have you ever felt it? The feeling of nothing stirred with death, finished with… void and numbness? Don’t forget, Nick for nack. Everything has symptoms. Silly you did you forget? Relationships: torn, fragile, rigid, Hard. Activities: endless, painful, uncomfortable. Self-meaning: what’s that? Happiness: you have to pay for it. Sleepless nights. Days in a flash or days that take a year. Don’t forget to not forget. You lost your mind. Did you forget? Now let’s make a cocktail to soften the nothingness. Wait for night. Pour some bleach, Add some paracetamol, Mix in some of your meds. The doctors said It helps with stress Which you will finally receive, with merciful reprieve. Shake it with memory. Strain it through despair. Serve it in a glass of… Wait, Don’t be silly Did you forget the salt of shame, the pepper of unaware. You were raised this way, weren’t you? So don’t forget, do one thing right. Sit with it.Let it burn. Prepare to rest. A long, long rest.
