I thank Lord, dinosaurs don’t roam anymore,
Think they are lost in a fading folklore.
Buried in time beneath stone and flame,
Yet the world still remembers their mighty name.
Roaming the earth with giant jaws,
Walking through jungles without any pause.
Some were tall and fierce with pride,
Some moved gently side by side.
The skies once echoed with thunderous feet,
The rivers trembled beneath their beat.
Some were hunters wild and fast,
Some lived quiet till their last.
Now only fossils softly speak,
Of ancient ages strong yet bleak.
Though vanished far from human sight,
Their story still sparks young minds bright.
