You’ve been here before. Sat through the storms, breathed in the ache, dreamt you awake— yet alone, you break. You’ve seen this before. Stood by the skyfall, felt the tears of the skies, listened to its cries— Love, open those blue eyes. It’s yourself you should see, you’ve waited a life for this. Spread your wings gently, for a new breath—a first kiss. Fly for me, my butterfly, through the dark night, knowing I’ll wait there for you— forever, in the light.

Fly, Butterfly
You’ve been here before. Sat through the storms, breathed in the ache, dreamt you awake— yet alone, you break. You’ve seen this before. Stood by the skyfall, felt the tears of the skies, listened to its cries— Love, open those blue eyes. It’s yourself you should see, you’ve waited a life for this. Spread your wings gently, for a new breath—a first kiss. Fly for me, my butterfly, through the dark night, knowing I’ll wait there for you— forever, in the light.
