What rose inside you deeper than the night, Sundor in the wind a part of beauty in light Sep-er-ate divide set the setting in us, a side Break a split a part bonds bodies ideas plied When what we wear each other slips unseen The breast that milks the honey lips unwean The moment we feel a seam, unravel around It's when an Adam leaves a garden unfound, On a counter balanced force of nature strong I lost you in a song to feel it in a body wrong It gives a shape to longing, return reach back I have the most of you on days I learn to lack Even touching near a kiss a sunder to cross it Space enough to breathe--folds a way to a flit When we so close afar what distance in a pull As empty desires rip in us to fill us filling full

Rose Inside You
What rose inside you deeper than the night, Sundor in the wind a part of beauty in light Sep-er-ate divide set the setting in us, a side Break a split a part bonds bodies ideas plied When what we wear each other slips unseen The breast that milks the honey lips unwean The moment we feel a seam, unravel around It's when an Adam leaves a garden unfound, On a counter balanced force of nature strong I lost you in a song to feel it in a body wrong It gives a shape to longing, return reach back I have the most of you on days I learn to lack Even touching near a kiss a sunder to cross it Space enough to breathe--folds a way to a flit When we so close afar what distance in a pull As empty desires rip in us to fill us filling full
It's in the sunder, breaking tragedy of our lives that we feel that separate draw us near, and even when we cannot touch, to kiss our memories dear, and let the beauty in that sadness ferment into some deeper way to love.
