A feeling I cannot control, it's always so grand
I think of you constantly, my thoughts never still
I am under your spell, a love that's ill.
You consume me completely, my heart and my soul
I am but a puppet, your strings are in control
I try to resist you, but my willpower is weak
My heart yearns for you, my future is bleak
I am but a slave to this love that is true
My addiction to you, is all I can do
I know it's unhealthy, but I can't let go
This love that I have, is a fire that glows
I'll be forever bound, to the one I adore
My addiction to you, will be my downfall for sure
But in this moment, I cannot regret
For this love, is the only thing I have left.
I'll give up everything, just to be near
The thought of losing you, fills me with fear
I'll do anything, to keep you by my side
Even if it means, I'll have to hide
My love for you, is like a drug I can't quit
It's a love that's forbidden, but I can't admit
I'll hold on tight, to this addiction I own
For in your arms, I am never alone
But as the days go by, and the pain sets in
I realize the cost, of this love I can't win
I'll break these chains, that bind me to you

But it's time to let go, and end this strife
