Must you be so cruel? You, who had once regarded me the fairest among all shrubs amongst all flowers Do you not recall the nights we’d bathe in moonlight, nights on which you would whisper sweet nothings into my ears? Night on which you would interlock our fingers and kiss down my collar Nights on which you’d slip your hands between my thighs, nights of which I still haven’t recovered Do you recall how dearly you would hold me and tell me you see no future for yourself, none of which you’d like if I am not there? You must surely remember that night on which you had touched me tenderly, your lover, and sunk into my depths Surely, you remember You must remember…considering it was the very morning after when you left
