Once I was a lone star shining bright, Guided by my own inner light. Yet now I find my heart in sway, Dependent on you, day by day. A shift in winds, a gentle call, From independence to where I fall— Into a space where you reside, A place where I no longer hide. But in this reliance, let love bloom, A tender bond that clears the gloom. For even stars may find their way, In someone’s glow, they choose to stay.

Discovering the Beauty of Dependence
Once I was a lone star shining bright, Guided by my own inner light. Yet now I find my heart in sway, Dependent on you, day by day. A shift in winds, a gentle call, From independence to where I fall— Into a space where you reside, A place where I no longer hide. But in this reliance, let love bloom, A tender bond that clears the gloom. For even stars may find their way, In someone’s glow, they choose to stay.
