That little mountain stream, How long has it been here Surrounded by Rhododendron, Moss covered stone? Its source high above, Its end far below This one branching vein How deep do its waters flow? If I were a pebble, Rolling slowly down stream How far would I go Before I find a water - fall? Swim far little pebble, Get caught in the stream. Sink or fall, roll along Until rest may be seen.
