when do you know you have sold your soul to the devil? is it done over years of giving in? is it a signed contract that invokes moral order? who is the moral leader? who is in charge? when you meet the devil at the crossroads, which crossroad is it? was it really the devil or just a conman in a zoot suit? oily facades placate me in such a way as to minimize my concerns for living; thriving. when you sell your soul to the devil, do you remember? or is that part of the deal; to forget?
