What next, when you dispelled the dark, to bring on deeper shadows of your own, you who was so certain, pure in thought and word and deed who purged and strew the ground with salt to grow and then to harvest a much more terrible seed, you the righteous army a glowing light, a beacon, and a shining torch to lead, do you disregard the battle and the ones who died in vain to claim a moral victory then become the beast that you have slain

What Next?
What next, when you dispelled the dark, to bring on deeper shadows of your own, you who was so certain, pure in thought and word and deed who purged and strew the ground with salt to grow and then to harvest a much more terrible seed, you the righteous army a glowing light, a beacon, and a shining torch to lead, do you disregard the battle and the ones who died in vain to claim a moral victory then become the beast that you have slain
