I'll take asking price Simply make an offer Just came on the market Sometimes I'm near the water My hearth is cracked and cold Just needs a little spackle My windows are quite old But I bet you'd make em sparkle Hardwood's a tad worn out The attic's full of bats The stairs only go south So there's no turning back Once you pass my threshold You realize you can't leave As my aches take ahold You appreciate for me My creaky pipes Your sleepless nights My unkempt lawn Your neighbors' blight They don't know Your chronic fight Trapped in the basement Searching for light Yes, I'm prime real estate Simply make an offer Enslaved for 30 years Left with an empty coffer

I Own You
