Today it is not so dark.
And I can write some hopeful lines
Filled with worded lumens.
The morning shivers and shakes off the night.
Today it is not so dark and I have found myself in the moment for the moment.
Under a pondering dawn i wonder if today i find anyone that might see me.
Perhaps I will find a pair of eyes that endlessly swallow my existence.
Maybe a love to find and forget about the loves I have lost before.
Today it is not so dark and the immense world is in the hands of my mind,
I mold and shape a lover's promise.
To satisfy this light with another that dawns when night comes upon my soul.
I will find her in a forest of forgotten trees and branches that reach for brighter things.
Today is not so dark and the night is filled with stars looking for each other.
