it’s nightmarish to close my eyes picturing it as if I were there heart racing stomach dropping, tears well up to fall my chest tightens lips quivering holding back my sobs an ache I can’t place a hurt I can’t touch knowing it’s balled up in my heart a betrayal so sick it wakes the rage ‘WHY ME’
