A hundred chances to meet you in college halls, Yet fate stayed quiet, never letting our paths cross at all. Then on an ordinary, unexpected day, I found you — though you were someone else’s “stay.” Still, I kept a silent hope inside, And when the moment came, I took a leap — no place to hide. The day you said “yes,” my whole world shined, I became the happiest man alive in that moment of time. We stayed together through laughter and tears, Through brightest days and uncertain fears. You stood by me when the road was tough, When life felt heavy and nights were rough. There are a thousand dreams I long to do with you, A million words still fall short of what I feel is true. And among billions of people under the endless sky, I’m the happiest man alive — engaged to you, my bride. I can’t wait for the end of the aisle one day, To hear your gentle “I do” softly say. But for now, as our forever starts to align— Will you still be my Valentine?

A Hundred Chances, One Forever
