Prove a proven over time again in the bed we read,

We sit in a back seat bumps a hard seat yellow bus
Secure in me soothes the soul, quiet turmoil in rest
I recognize you understand we sleep underdressed

To stay up all night, not because you want to, but because you have to, that primal need we have to live in the moment of our lives despite all the curled up chaos next to us with a fall in your arms trust that steps off a cliff, makes a leap of faith, does the crazy in the middle of the night, just to have that feeling once more if we could just do that before we die.
