We can put a car in Space We can save this precious place From solar heat and Co 2 And green up Mars before we’re through! Give the Sun a solar shade Carefully launched and skillfully made That blocks enough of light and heat That Earth is shaded, cool and sweet! It’s not speculation far We’ll do the opposite for Mars It’s too cold a living space So put a great big lens in place That conserves the Son’s heat and light And warms the ruby world to life! As for rising CO 2 Grow our oil from algae goo (Carbon neutral and cheaper too!) Plant more trees Fertilise the sapphire seas Makes plankton grow That makes more air So when Future comes We’ll still be there!
