Self defence can be your best defence but only if you clear your mind of all the hate while residing in a clever offensive Because if you don't clear you mind it can be your biggest enemy. But don't be persuaded to act on evil words because stick and stones may break your bones but names will never hurt you. Just remember the harder you punch the less you get hit.

This poem.is for all the fighters that take up self defence classes. Its not for bulling its only for self defence. You can walk away from a most fight because the best fighters beat people with theee mind. Muhammad ali said when he saw trouble he would carry on running and he never looked back. So don't lash out in anger because a angry man will never win.
