Can you see what I see?
A world stripped of color,
where everything rests in black and white,
with no delight in sight.
I find shadows in the white,
and in the black, no whisper of light.
Then you stepped between the two,
and for the first time, a tiny spark shone—
a fragile breath of what they call life.
