She’s beautiful, yeah—people notice that right away. The kind of beauty that doesn’t need effort, that makes conversations pause for half a second. I see it too, like everyone else. She’s smart in a way that feels comforting, the kind that explains things without making you feel small. People listen when she talks. I do too—maybe a little more carefully. She takes photos like she’s afraid of losing moments. So many people admire her, and I get why. I’m just one of them, standing quietly in the background, hoping that somehow, that’s enough.
