I choose me. I choose to love Above all the pain, above all the hurt in silence. I choose me. I choose to love When it rains and pours-tears of sadness streaming down. I choose me. I choose to love Through joy, through belly-full laughter, through sweet memories. I choose me. I choose to love Like spring brings hope, lifting the spirit once more. I choose me.

I choose me
I choose me.
Instead of leaning on someone else for love or validation, this poem is a declaration of self-worth and resilience. Each line becomes a conscious act of choosing life, joy, and love for yourself, despite hardships. A new chapter.
